Mrs. Jyoti Bharadwaj (Founder)
Jyoti, a post graduate in Business Finance and Accounting, brings in more than 20 year’s of extensive experience in Insurance, and Financial Services sectors.
In her previous stints with Reliance Life insurance (Part of Tokio Marine group), Prudential Life Insurance and a large investment bank, she has been instrumental in setting up Accounting and Finance processes on SAP internally and for clients.
Her hard work over the years have helped large Finance and Accounting departments and teams to achieve very high levels of operational accuracy and efficiency backed with detailed MIS and analysis.
Jyoti is currently responsible for the growth of the business in North America.
Mr. Arpit Khaitan (Founder)
Arpit is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a Lawyer and holds a Masters in Strategic Finance from IIM-Lucknow. He has over 8+ years of experience in working with Big 4s and law firms. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Book-keeping, Auditing, Taxation and providing virtual CFO services to Businesses. He is actively engaged with start ups as well as conglomerates in the IT, F&B and manufacturing sectors.
He caters to clients in India while expanding his expertise to the United States, advising them on optimal practices and strategies for business growth.
He is a visionary leader, a dynamic entrepreneur and a trusted advisor.
